Quimu Casalprim i Suárez
Quimu Casalprim-i-Suárez (né en 1977) est un cinéaste catalan basé en Allemagne. Il a commencé à travailler dans la musique expérimentale et les performances vidéo. Après des études en media-design et en philosophie à Barcelone, il se fixe à Cologne à partir de 2007 pour un troisième cycle en réalisation à l’école de cinéma KHM. Son travail (notamment le court Zeitriss) a été montré dans de grands festivals tels que Clermont-Ferrand ou Toronto. Les llunes de Galileu est son premier moyen-métrage de fiction.
Quimu Casalprim-i-Suárez (b. 1977) is a Catalan filmmaker based in Germany. He began working with experimental music and video performances. After studying media design and philosophy in Barcelona, he moved to Cologne in 2007 for a postgraduate film program at KHM film school. His work, most notably his short film Zeitriss, has won several awards and been selected at festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand or Toronto. Les llunes de Galileu is his first medium-length fiction.
