Il s'agit d'un 50e anniversaire, et pour Marion, c’est l'occasion de présenter son petit ami américain Paul à sa famille, qui vit à la campagne. Lors des festivités, cet homme cosmopolite devient malgré lui le révélateur des craintes et des désirs enfouis de toute une famille.
It's a 50th birthday, which Marion takes as an opportunity to introduce her American boyfriend Paul to her family in the countryside. During the celebration, the cosmopolitan man unwittingly becomes a projection screen for hidden fears and desires of the entire family.
Lisa Bierwirth
Lisa Bierwirth est née en 1983 à Hessisch Lichtenau, en Allemagne. De 2000 à 2001, elle passe un an à New York, où elle travaille dans plusieurs théâtres “off”. En 2001, elle revient à Berlin pour terminer ses études. Elle devient assistante de production, assistante monteuse, assistante casting et assistante réalisatrice. Depuis 2006, elle étudie la réalisation à la DFFB de Berlin, cadre dans lequel a été réalisé Sweetness.
Lisa Bierwirth was born in 1983 in Hessisch Lichtenau (Germany). From 2000 to 2001 she spent a year in New York City, where she worked in several Off-Theatres. In 2001 she moved to Berlin to finish school. After that she worked as a production assistant, editing assistant, casting director/assistant, as well as an assistant director. Since 2006 she studies film directing at the German Film and Television Company (DFFB), where she directed Sweetness.
