Après avoir fait les Arts-Déco (Paris), Coco Tassel fonde la maison d’édition Paja, conçoit et édite quatorze ouvrages, diffusés en France, tout en étant directrice artistique et illustratrice. Elle est l’auteur d’un roman autobiographique illustré J’adopte-journal (Alternatives-Gallimard), dont elle met en scène une lecture au Théâtre de l’Odéon avec sept comédiennes (Julie Gayet, Dinara Druckarova…). Elle est l’auteur de La Comédie du sommeil avec Valeria Bruni-Tedeschi (Paja). Avec Yaël Halberthal, elle initie la première Journée de l’Adoption, pour parler de la filiation et de la transmission autrement, et conçoit plusieurs soirées artistiques en partenariat avec France Culture. Avec Claire Doyon et Zina Modiano elle crée la société de production COfilms. HORS-CADRE, une trilogie, est son premier film.

After her Arts Déco studies, Coco Tassel created a publishing house called Paja. As artistic director and illustrator, she has designed and published fourteen boooks distributed in France.
She has written an autobiographic illustrated novel entitled J’adopte-Journal. She has organized and directed a reading of this novel at the Théâtre de l’Odéon with seven actresses (among them Julie Gayet and Dinara Drickarova). She has also written La Comédie du sommeil with Valeria Bruni Tedeschi. With Yaël Halberthal, she has initiated the first Adoption Day, to discuss the notions of filiation and transmission in a different way. She has also organized several artistic nights with France Culture radio. Lately, she has cretaed a film production company called COfilms with Claire Doyon and Zina Modiano. Over the Top is her first movie.
